Florida inmate convicted of child porn plotted the assassination of a judge.
Robert Anthony O’Hare, a Florida inmate, currently serving time in prison for child porn charges, has been sentencing to 20 years of prison after authorities discovered that the man plotted the assassination of the judge who sent him to jail. The man, his mother, and the alleged hitman deny all allegations.

On the 8th of January, Judge Don Briggs sentenced 56-year-old Robert Anthony O’Hare to 20 years in prison, after the prosecutors managed to prove that the man plotted to have the judge assassinated. O’Hare, who’s currently serving time in prison for a child porn charge, pleaded not guilty and that the whole situation was simply a misunderstanding.
According to the authorities, Judge Don Briggs, O’Hare’s target, sentenced the man to jail back in 2015, after law enforcement officers discovered over 50 photos of naked children stored in O’Hare’s computer.
Furthermore, a search of O’Hare’s apartment revealed a high-power camera and a powerful telescope, both of them being used to tape the neighbors’ kids getting undressed. The authorities also discovered that the 56-year-old Florida man was making miniature jukeboxes with cameras mounted inside of them and offered them to his victims.
While booked into the Lake County Jail, the inmate called his Virginia O’Hare, his mother and sent her a coded message. According to the authorities, the coded message instructed a person called ‘The Rabbi’ to assassinate Don Briggs.
An investigation revealed that the alleged hitman was a 75-year-old man called Albert Bowman. When confronted with the allegations, Bowman jestingly responded that he could not be the assassin O’Hare would hire, since he’s in feeble health.
O’Hare’s mother also denied the allegations, saying that the message was actually referring to some Bible verses.
