The HTC One Max will be the Taiwanese company’s answer to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or the Sony Xperia Z Ultra. Also, while the device has had quite a fair share of leaks and speculations, the latest on it claim that the One Max will start out with Android 4.3, the newest iteration of Android.
Rumor mongers also claim the device will ship out with a new Sense user interface, version 5.5. While Android 4.3 for a new device does make a lot of sense, it is the Sense 5.5 UI that is sure to raise a lot of eye brows. This since the current Sense 5 is already considered a considerable improvement over the previous iteration and nobody expected there could be a still newer version ready for launch so soon.
The above leak though is yet to be confirmed and has its origins in RB Men, with the folks behind it also claiming a good chunk of code has been dedicated to a rumored fingerprint sensor that the device is believed to come equipped with. A fingerprint sensor is all set to be as common a feature as a camera in present day smartphones and is believed to make the device all the more secured.
Among the recent high profile devices that are rumored to feature an integrated fingerprint sensor include the Galaxy Note 3, as well as the iPhone 5S. While it’s almost certain the feature will be missing in the Note 3, it remains to be seen if the upcoming iPhone version keeps its date with the specified feature.
Meanwhile, there has been no specific launch dates mentioned for the One Max though with an event as big as the IFA 2013 just round the corner, we sure can expect to be pampered with more details on the device.
But this is for sure that HTC One max release date will happen this month.
