Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro Prank and Specifications

Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro
A couple of days ago, the tech world was taken aback by a prank made by some actors hired by Lenovo to advertise their new super laptop. The prank consisted in showing the mall customers how Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro is more flexible than its main rival, MacBook Air.

The prank was ingenious in its simplicity: some actors from a comedienne group, pretending to be Lenovo representatives wanted to show the mall customers the difference between the new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro and MacBook Air. They tell the customers about how flexible the new Lenovo laptop is how the Apple laptop isn’t.

The fake Lenovo representative then tries to demonstrate the rigidity of the Mac and accidentally breaks the thing in two. He then passes the broken laptop to the poor mall customer and leaves. A security guy comes and asks the mall customer if he broke the laptop; the customer is obviously in distress and says he didn’t break it.

Some argued whether the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro prank got its message through or it was just a cheap advertising joke and an under-the-belt attack towards Apple. As usual, you cannot please everyone. Despite the mixed opinions regarding the prank, Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro received some pretty good reviews on its specifications.
Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro comes with an Intel Core M processor of 1.1GHz, a13.3 inch display, a pixel resolution of 3200 x1800, 8 GB of RAM , an impressive 256 GB of solid-state drive; as an operating system, the Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro runs on Windows 8.1, the 64-bit one.

One of the best features of the new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro is the fact that it can turn into a tablet at any time. The special hinge allows the user to have a laptop, with a keyboard, and a tablet, to carry it around anywhere. The Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro can also be used as a tent for those who like to watch movies on the laptop.

The new Lenovo Yoga 3 Pro is very thin – 0.5 inches thick- and weighs 2.6 pounds. The price could be a little too much for its specifications – $1300- as some complained, but all in all, it’s a pretty decent device.
