Remember the Microsoft Developers Conference that happened back in April? If Microsoft is your cup of coffee, then we’ve got some pretty amazing news for you. Some sources are saying that Microsoft Windows 9, the next generation operating system from Microsoft, won’t be called Windows anymore.
We don’t know what exactly the new operating system from Microsoft is going to be called, but some analysts are saying it’s not going to be called Windows. It’s so hard to imagine an operating system from Microsoft that’s not called Windows, isn’t it?
If you’re wondering about what lies behind such an important change, think about it and maybe you’ll be able to guess. You’re right, it’s Microsoft Windows 8! Many believe that the tech giant is trying to distance itself from the massive flop that their Windows 8 has been. Microsoft’s latest operating system gathered a lot of negative criticism and one of the strongest complaints from users was the lack of the Start button, which Windows users loved so much.
Microsoft Windows 9 will be introduced to the public at the beginning of 2015 and it will be quite a different cup of tea from what Windows 8 is. We don’t have any official confirmations from Microsoft just yet, but some voices are saying that the Start button is back on the Microsoft Windows 9. For some, that is enough to come back to Microsoft. Unfortunately, for many it is not. Let’s just hope that Microsoft puts some effort into this upcoming operating system and does it right, this time.
Hundreds of thousands of Microsoft customers deserve it. Are you one of them? What are you waiting from Microsoft Windows 9? Drop us a line and tell us what you think about this matter.
