Recently, a mysterious smartphone with model number XT1058 was approved by FCC. Motorola X Phone is considered to be that mysterious smartphone from Motorola. Some feel that the X Phone backed up by Google is going to feature excellent hardware and is going to offer numerous customization options. On the other hand, some people that it is going to be just another handset with decent hardware specs.
Recent reports show that the Motorola X Phone will be available on AT&T network. We are not sure about other cellular providers. After the news about the XT1058 surfaced, another smartphone from Motorola is speculated to come in the market. XT1060 is the model number of this device. This model seems to be a variant of XT1056. Both of them sport similar CPU.
Now this is interesting. Just after the news of FCC’s approval came to light, another XFON variant was found to pass the FCC. It comes with a model number of XT1056. The handset will be supporting Sprint’s LTE connectivity. Some of the other connectivity features include NFC, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
The Motorola X Phone XT1058 is not only developed by Motorola but also it is co-developed by Google. By the way, Google has not made a single announcement on X Phone. However, it seems that when X Phone will be unveiled, it will be available on various networks such as AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.
Another Motorola X Phone with model number XT1055 were found in some benchmark tests. So, it shows another variant of the smartphone will be available very soon.
The Motorola X Phone will sport a 4.7 inch Super AMOLED display that supports full HD resolution. It is powered by quad-core Snapdragon 600 chipset which is capable of delivering clocking speed of up to 1.7GHz, Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB RAM.
Google claims that one of the major issues with the latest smartphones is their battery life. However, since it is being co-developed by Google, we think that this issue will be covered easily.
