booking.com-apps-In order to comply with category ages, Priceline Group develops a new personalized online travel agent. This new application tends to the needs of a younger crowd, which seems to be more spontaneous and out of time. Even more, the new booking application is launched today.

Some of the American as well as world wide’s population has already installed a booking app such as HotelTonight or Amazon. The first mentioned application has its purpose to present only hotel rooms which offer a discount in a particular day. HotelTonight has more than 15,000 hotels registered all over the world. Its main drawback is that the app does not show any of the other hotel rooms which may be available. Also the booking process can only be achieved one week in advance.

However, Darren Huston Priceline’s CEO believed a booking application should be developed for people who want to make a reservation on the spot and not one week in advance. So, he emerged his developers to create new booking system. The group pertaining to the Amsterdam’s division, developed the requested application which is to be released today.

Booking.com, the Priceline application, is easily used and downloaded. Users should register their personal information and select from a wide range of preferences. Such preferences consist of the availability of parking spaces, Internet connection, room service, breakfast or dinner included in the hotel’s package.

On average, the app demands half of one’s time to book a hotel room. With only two taps, anyone can schedule a room according to their preferences. The application’s founder created this new system for a younger category of people. Younger people are not interested in spending too much time on hotel searching. They usually opt for a room according to their price range.

On the other hand, people of all ages should pay attention to the listed prices which appear in the application. Some of those prices might be outdated. Also, the application does not necessarily show the least expensive room or discounts. Booking.com uses the preference list the user has already filled once and finds hotels near the selected area.

All in all, Priceline tends to target a younger market which show spontaneous and fast decision making. The new app also avoids being stuck in airports after a missing or delayed flight.

Last but not least, Booking.com provides its users with more than 580,000 hotels. It is important to remember that the application can only be accessed through a mobile phone.
