This could well be among the last of rumor stories concerning the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 device. The latest that the renowned leakster evleaks has come up with concerning the Note 3 is that the big screen smartphone will come with a 2.5 GB RAM. That makes it 512 MB short of the 3 GB RAM that was being widely circulated as the RAM strength of the Note 3 device.
While the above is still not expected to bring about a drastic change in the performance of the phablet, some have opined that the Note 3 will be accompanied with a 3 GB RAM though its about 2.5 GB that will be at the user’s disposal while the remaining 512 MB could be fixed for some other task. So after taking into account the above rumor, the internal build-up of the Note 3 looks something like this: a 2.3 GHz quad core CPU, 2.5 GB RAM along with 32/64 GB of internal memory. As per evleaks, the above applies to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 version. The operating system on-board will be Android 4.3.
Among the other things that have also come to the fore courtesy of evleaks include an AnTuTu benchmark score supposedly that of the Note 3 as well as the About Device screen. Thankfully, the rumor will be short lived as we are not too far from coming across the real thing. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 3 device on Wednesday, September 4, just 2 days ahead of the IFA event kicking off in Berlin.
