Campbell Soup developed the idea of personalized nutrition with the help of a test kit.

STATES CHRONICLE – The company Campbell Soup has developed the idea of initializing a personalized nutrition. They collaborated with Habit to produce a test kit which will result in useful data for the company that will soon provide their customers a revolutionary diet. This personalized nutrition is based on the DNA results of every individual. Campbell Soup represents one of the investors which helped with the development of these test kits.

The goal of the kit is to test the blood of an individual to establish a perfect tailoring of his or her diet. The innovative idea is bound to surpass the expectations of those who used so many diets that did not help them reach the wanted result. This kit will start being available in 2017.

Until next year, the developers of this idea are bound to organize a waiting list for their customers. The president and CEO of Campbell, Denise Morrison has asserted that the food industry is always in a constant change bringing innovative ideas meant to delight their customers but also to take care of their diets.

The investment that Campbell is willing to make is supported by Big Food which is prone to surpass the troubled food startups especially now when consumers became interested in fresh brands. In the past year, food companies like Kellogg, General Mills, and Campbell have worked to develop their individual business models.

They have continually kept their eyes on food kits that helped customers grow their vegetables at home, yogurts based on nuts, and kale chips. All these new investments determined food producers to focus on the outbreak of traditional food.

Campbell and Habit are nurturing an interdependent relationship, both benefiting from their union. Habit is currently ran by CEO Neil Grimmer. In the past, he was the owner of Plum Organics. This company was situated on the second place in the enlisting of the largest businesses that provided baby food.

Consumers are waiting for more specific details about the initialization of Habit. This program which implements futuristic ideas is designed to build the recipe of the perfect nutrition plan based on everybody’s biology. This test kit will determine what specific nutrients are most convenient for your body after analyzing the results of your body metrics and blood tests.

Later edit: The present article was updated because it conveyed the idea that the kit was produced by Campbell Soup, not by Habit. The kits are manufactured by Habit and will be available starting with 2017. Campbell Soup is an investor in the project.
