STATES CHRONICLE – This week is big for Pokemon Go, as it will receive plenty of new content. After first being a hit, the game also had its lows, which convinced the developers to keep the players entertained by all means. Now, they will be rewarded with 50 new creatures, as well as a complex and realistic weather system.
Fifty new Pokemon come to Pokemon Go
Pokemon Go was released in the summer of 2016, and it quickly became a global phenomenon. You could see people everywhere on the streets running with their phones in their hands, trying to catch a Pokemon. The craze went away pretty quickly, but the game is still going strong. Niantic wants to keep it alive, so it needed to provide some new content from time to time.
This week is one of those weeks when players get some surprises. The video game studio will reward those who have been loyal to the game so far by adding 50 new monsters. If you’re familiar with the Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Sapphire games, then you will be excited to find out some of those creatures will come to Pokemon Go as well.
The dynamic weather system interacts with your gameplay
However, the most exciting thing about the update is probably the weather system. From now on, the game will be up-to-date to the weather conditions of your location, and will display each change that occurs there. Moreover, this will influence your matches, combat skills, and even the spawn rates, making sure you won’t get bored.
This complex weather system will guarantee more weather-specific Pokemon will show up. For instance, if it’s raining, you’ll stumble upon water Pokemon. Also, all of these will come with a higher CP. Therefore, before going on a battle, be careful what Pokemon you choose, and make sure it suits the weather.
