A recent survey conducted by the American Psychological Association has proved that individuals who regularly got informed through social media were more bound to refer to the elections as being a great source of stress compared to those who did not use it.
Jeff Temple has claimed that social media has become uncontrolled when discussing this election. Everybody has faced a shifting in narrow-minded points of view. Probably, during past elections, many people have reviewed and debated their choices with family members or friends interested in politics.
Nowadays, almost everyone avoids talking politics over the phone or through text messages because they want to keep avoiding infecting their private lives with such opinions or thoughts that could perturb their state of mind. By now, almost everybody got to know the preferences of their colleagues regarding the elections. If you know your opinions are different, then you should avoid starting a conflict.
