Samsung have finally announced their much talked about Galaxy Ace 3 smartphone which will be the newest addition to the company’s already impressive smartphone lineup. However, while Samsung has made it official that the device does exist, they have not given out any details of the date of release. They have given details of the specs of the device though.
The Galaxy Ace 3 would come in two main variants. One with 3G support while the other would have 4G LTE support. While the two would have near about the same hardware make-up, some minor differences would be there between the two variants.
Powering the 3G variant would be a dual core processor which clocks at 1GHz. It would not have NFC while its internal storage capacity would be 4 GB. The 4G LTE variant would have 1.2 GHz processor and 8 GB of internal memory. It would be NFC capable too. If the battery backup is to be compared, the 3G battery pack is of 1,500 mAh rating and the one with 4G LTE support would have 1,800 mAh battery pack.
Both the sets would have 4 inch TFT LCD display. The resolution aspect of the devices would be 480 x 800. The sets would come with 1 GB of RAM and have microSd card slot to add more memory storage, which will be to the tune of 64 GB. The Galaxy Ace 3 would come with dual camera ability. The front camera being VGA for chatting and the primary camera would be of 5 MP resolution. The OS running the devices would be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean right out of the box. They would also have the TocuhWiz interface running over the OS.
