Know the Feature that You Won’t See on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3

July 25, 2013 By Janet Vasquez Leave a Comment

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is expected to launch during the IFA event that is going to happen in September this year. If we go by the rumors, the newest phablet from Samsung is going to pack in whole lot of features. However, a recent rumor has confirmed that Samsung has removed fingerprint reader feature at the last stage of the development of Galaxy Note 3.

Undoubtedly, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is one of the much awaited devices of this year. It will replace the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 which is currently performing very well in the market.

According to thebuzz that is going around about the device, the Galaxy Note 3 will house a 5.7inch full HD display that will support 1080p resolution. It will be powered with quad-core CPU and will be the first smartphone or phablet to feature 3GB RAM. The phablet is expected to be thinner than its predecessor.

The Note 3 is expected to be available for sale from late September. We feel that all the major network providers such as AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon will offer the Note 3 at a nominal price.

The ETNews from Korea has confirmed that Samsung will not be offering fingerprint reader feature on the Galaxy Note 3. The reason behind it is that the Korean tech giant is facing supply issues. Even Apple which is expected to offer fingerprinter reader feature is marred with supply issues.

The fingerprint reader is a security feature which allows only the owner of the device to access the contents of the phone by verifying his or her finger prints. We are still a few months away from the launch of Note 3. It may happen that all of a sudden Samsung may offer the fingerprint reader feature for Note 3 when there is good supply. However, as of now the feature will not be available on the forthcoming phablet.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Release Date Rumors – What you should know

June 19, 2013 By Janet Vasquez Leave a Comment

It is the 20th of June when Samsung has a scheduled launch event to be held in London. Rumors, leaks and talks in the geeky sites have all indicated that on this day Samsung would launch their 2013 Flagship device the Galaxy Note 3. New reports and analysis indicates it to be not so. There would be no launch of the Galaxy Note 3 on 20th June can be fairly concluded.

Galaxy Note 3, the successor of Galaxy Note 2 has been speculated to near reality as a device with looks appealing and functions quite advanced. The core processor is expected to be either a Snapdragon 800 or an Exynos 5 Octa chip. The display screen would be 5.9 inch and capable of viewing in 1080p. It would have a camera of 13 MP resolution. Samsung have given care to the design of the device and this one is supposed to be like that of the Galaxy S4.

Other speculated dates of launch of the Note 3 have been in the months of July, August and September. There is another view which states that the launch would take place on 20th June with sales starting in the following month. AT&T with its 4T LTE network services is expected to get a special deal in the sale of the Galaxy Note 3. Samsung though is tight lipped about the Galaxy Note 3 so that official details of the phablet remain elusive.

The main reason for concluding that the launch would not happen next week is the absence of any full fledged leak about the device. This sort of leak takes place just a few weeks before the actual launch of the device. Absence of it in case of the Galaxy Note 3 points at the possibility of no launch on the 20th. What can rather be expected is a September launch date. That is when the IFA event is scheduled and Samsung has had history of announcing new products in this month. In addition there has been no Unpacked event for the Galaxy Note 3 like it was there for the Galaxy S4.
