The following were the top declining stocks during After Hours trade, as of August 8, 2013:

Matador Resources Co (NYSE:MTDR)

Matador – an independent energy company – was trading at $13.53, falling -12.5 pct during After Hours trade, with 3,800 traded shares. MTDR was trading 13.94 pct above its 52-week high and 104.32 pct above its 52-week low.

Walter Energy Incorporated (NYSE:WLT)

Walter Energy – a producer and exporter of metallurgical coal – was trading at $10.07, down -11.7 pct during After Hours trade, with 80,500 traded shares. WLT was trading -71.94 pct below its 52-week high and 15.71 pct above its 52-week low.

Dendreon Corporation (NASDAQ:DNDN)

Dendreon – a biotechnology company – was trading at $4.05, down -11.7 pct during After Hours trade, with 469,550 traded shares. DNDN was trading -36.41 pct below its 52-week high and 24.37 pct above its 52-week low.

Wright Medical Group Incorporated (NASDAQ:WMGI)

Wright Medical – an orthopaedic medical device firm – was trading at $24.05, down -11.0 pct during After Hours trade, with 524,050 traded shares. WMGI was trading -4.74 pct below its 52-week high and 43.24 pct above its 52-week low. Market cap: $1.20 billion.

Rentech Incorporated (NYSE:RTK)

Intrepid Potash Incorporated (NYSE:IPI)
