The following stocks were the leading decliners during Pre Market trade, as of Aug. 7, 2013:

Inovio Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (NYSE: INO)

A biomedical company, Inovio Pharmaceuticals Incorporated was trading at $2.26 down -13.0 pct during Pre Market trade with 10,700 traded shares. INO was trading -13.31 pct below its 52-week high and 490.90 pct above its 52-week low.

Glu Mobile Incorporated (NASDAQ: GLUU)

A marketer and seller of video games, Glu Mobile Incorporated was trading at $2.48 down -10.0 pct during Pre Market trade with 3,000 traded shares. GLUU was trading -49.81 pct below its 52-week high and 38.69 pct above its 52-week low.
