A woman was surprised to discover she was about to give birth to a baby boy.

STATES CHRONICLE – A woman from Georgia was very surprised to give birth when the reason for which she went to the hospital was a different one. She was not feeling well, and she assumed she had kidney stones. In fact, the pain she felt was due to the labor.

Stephanie, a 37-year-old woman, accompanied by her husband Mike, went to see a doctor, complaining of abdominal cramps and back pain when urinating. She reached the Piedmont Henry Hospital in Stockbridge. Stephanie Jaegers have asserted that doctors have ordered a CT to take a better look at her situation.

After examining her stomach, medical staff discovered that the abdominal cramps she felt were in fact labor’s pain. Doctors decided to so an ultrasound instead of the CT, adding urine and blood tests. Stephanie Jaegers argued that she did not believe her doctors when they informed her she was 38 weeks pregnant. She was going to give birth to a baby boy. The woman told them that it’s impossible. She did not have any of the usual symptoms a pregnant woman could experience.

Stephanie has two other children, one of them is 11 and the other one is 16 years old. When she was pregnant with her two other children, she had severe morning sickness. She had lately noticed that she was moody, but she identified that as an effect of the premenopause state.

The woman did not even experience breast tenderness or any other pregnancy related symptoms that would have helped her reveal the baby. She has noticed that her stomach has swelled a little, but it did not reach alarming sizes. She merely registered a weight gain in the past few months, but again nothing was indicating that she was going to have a baby.

Stephanie gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby boy. She named him Shaun Jude Jaegers. Her back pain was explained when regarding the position of the baby in the womb. He was located behind her ribs in a distorted position. The child’s location made his mother look as if she was not pregnant.

Her family was thrilled to find out about the newborn. She claimed that everything happens for a reason and that she is extremely happy to have him.
