Stressed Women Tend to Forget about a Healthy Diet

Healthy diet

Most women are more focused on their daily routine than on their healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

STATES CHRONICLE – Eating fast food when you’re stressed thinking it will help you out because you’re lacking time, is actually a very poor choice. A healthy diet is more important than fighting time and being on the run every day. Researchers have recently discovered that women tend to have an unhealthy diet when under stress. This study proved that even when women thought that eating a tasty fast-food breakfast will help them wash away yesterday’s stress, in fact, that meal’s deliciousness faded away. The stress and the calories, of course, remained.

A large sample of women was recruited for this study. Some had a healthy breakfast and had a significantly healthier body compared to those who hadn’t. The second group, those who ate fast food, was bound to develop a wide range of diseases because of the unhealthy fats. After all of the women were confronted with a stressful day – running errands, picking up the kids from school, going back to work, having to cook dinner – the differences between the groups disappeared, proving that stress can annihilate the benefits of a healthy diet.

The study, which was brought to the media in the journal Molecular Psychiatry, helped people understand that what we eat and the way we conduct our lives are very important aspects, and individuals must find a balance between them. These aspects could further show if people are predisposed to some diseases based not only on their diet, but also on their lifestyle. If you keep your thoughts positive and think every step of the way that you will make it, at the end of the day, you’ll be a happy, healthy person.

The cornerstone of this study is inflammation, which scientists claim to be a normal response of the body, a foreteller of distress happening in our bodies. Inflammation, except for encouraging strokes and other troubles in the bloodstream, is also known as a factor for cardiovascular disease, brain disorders like depression or dementia, even certain types of cancer.

Inflammation establishes the difference between unsaturated fats and healthy fats. Inflammation changes its range depending on what we eat and how we conduct our lives. A healthy diet could be of use. Scientists learned to keep a record of the ups and downs of inflammation, being able to determine when ii is harmful to the human body.  In this way, the researchers can give guidance to those who have problems keeping a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. No excess needs to be done.

Your human body needs to be maintained healthy as long as possible, for you to enjoy as many happy moments as possible. What did you eat today? How stressed were you today?
