The rumor has come from SamMobile. A new video released by them shows a leaked update of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS for Galaxy S3. The video shows that once the update is done, users will be take advantage of Galaxy S4 features on S3.
The Galaxy S3 is not an obsolete device and the update will only bring new functionality to the phone. Some of the other features will accentuate the cosmetic appeal of the operating system. For instance, the new update will allow you to checkout widgets on the lockscreen. Also by using two fingers, you can roll down the notification tray and then access settings toggles and actionable alerts.
The S Voice feature on Galaxy 4 allows user to easily manage the phone while driving. The new update brings the same feature to Galaxy S3.
