It is common knowledge Apple has lined up a cheaper version of its iPhone for a launch scheduled some time this fall. However, the device dudded iPhone Lite has been putting up the most confusing picture so far so that it’s any body’s guess of what the device will be like even a few months before is launch. More so since we do know a fair deal of what the iPhone 5S will be like and is already rumored to be hit mass production.
In comparison, the iPhone Lite remained more obscure though things seems to have changed a bit now that a few cases supposed to be that of the back of the device have surfaced online. However, from what can be made out of the images, what seems pretty much obvious is that the iPhone Lite won’t just be cheap but will also look cheap as well. Needless to say this will come as a real disappointment for those who have been eagerly awaiting the launch of the iPhone Lite but surely wouldn’t be expecting a device that does not look for the part. However, the CEO of Pegatron which is most likely to assemble the iPhone has some words of consolation as he said the cheap iPhone won’t exactly look cheap. While the authenticity of the images is surely not to be relied upon, let us hope the Pegatron CEO can be relied upon.
As for the rest of the details that the images reveal, the case is colored green and the shade does match with the few colored iPhone Lite cases that we have seen earlier. The individual clots for the camera and the flash too are positioned exactly where previous rumors have pegged them to be while the case also points to the curved design that the budget iPhone version is expected to flaunt.
