Sweden scientists have proved that a control diet can help you overturn type 2 diabetes.

STATES CHRONICLE – The advancement of medicine brings us new ways of treating type 2 diabetes.  A1C measures the levels of glucose in the bloodstream. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention argued that back in 2006 they found out that more than 40% of the patients had an A1C which registered 7%. That means their blood sugar was not kept under surveillance, losing control.

People who do not suffer from diabetes need to have an average A1C of 5.7%. If A1C evaluates a figure between 5.7 and 6.4%, then the person will be predisposed to diabetes. An A1C of 6.5% shows that the person already has the disease. A study released in Sweden helps patients control type 2 diabetes. Researchers argue that if you increase your physical activity, then the insulin resistance will decrease. The treatment’s adjustment and nutritional management will help the patient gain a drop in the blood sugar levels. Frequent interactions with doctors will bring reinforcement and support.

These pieces of advice from Sweden specialists can help people suffering from type 2 diabetes to live longer, with approximately eight years more. Another important information that you need to take into account for your own good is always to be positive and hopeful. Studies have shown that a positive lifestyle can disable genes that cause type 2 diabetes.

Dr. Roizen, the chief of the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute, argues that this program in which patients are asked to take attentive care of their treatment, 60% of them reaching an A1C that measures up to 5.8%, fully overruling the illness. They are in control of their health state. If they follow the steps indicated by medical stuff, they will lead a long and healthy life.

All they need to do is to access a program similar to the one implemented by Dr. Roizen. A lot of health insurance companies cover these curing programs. If you study the guide made available by the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive, and Kidney Disease called “Redesigning the Health Care Team: Diabetes Prevention and Lifelong Management,” you will know what medical support team you will need.

Another chance to countermand your type 2 diabetes is to establish long-term aims for nutritional changes. You need to exercise a lot and keep your weight under control. Try to reduce your stress levels and glucose levels. Think of a plan together with your doctor to accomplish all these goals.

Do you believe that an accurate plan will help you improve your state of health? Doctors believe that all the progress depends on the patient’s will.
