According to new leaks, Apple is in the aim of launching a gold or champagne color iPhone 5S in September. If this rumor comes true, it would be the first time that Apple will be producing an iPhone in a different color since it debuted in 2007.
According to the leaks, Apple won’t go with gaudy appearing gold color but rather opt for subtle champagne colored shade for iPhone 5S. However, the gold color is not entirely new for Apple products. In the past, Apple had released a gold colored iPod Mini and the latest iPod is also available in yellow color which somewhat appears like gold.
Apple may be in the aim in bringing about classiness to its phones. The iPod which is mainly a product for listening to music and fun, the makers have made it available in vibrant colors. However, the iPhone 5 is an epitome of sophistication and simplicity and also an expensive product. Hence, Apple will be enriching the new iPhone 5S with none other gold color.
